Who we are
This website is operated by TierraFi. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the service you are interested in, your message, the language you were using and the date and time.
Loan applications. When you apply for a loan, we collect your name, phone number, email address and country, the amount and repayment period you want, and the details the form asks for about your farm, business or employment and income.
Investor accounts. When you open an account, we collect:
- your name, email address, phone number, country and the plan you choose;
- your password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form so that nobody, including us, can read it;
- for identity checks (KYC): your title, full name, gender, date of birth, marital status, nationality, residential address and how long you have lived there, a proof-of-address document, and your next of kin’s name, relationship, phone number and email address;
- the bank or mobile money account you want payouts sent to;
- your deposits, investments, fixed deposits, withdrawals and payouts, including the payment references and proof-of-payment files you upload.
Donations. If you send a donation by bitcoin, USDT or bank transfer and then contact us, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, the amount and the transaction reference, so we can confirm and acknowledge it.
To show the site in the right language, we may look up the country associated with your IP address. This lookup is performed by our hosting provider or by the third-party service ipapi.co.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare any terms you ask for;
- to assess loan applications;
- to open and run your account, verify your identity, process your deposits, investments and withdrawals, and send your payouts;
- to email you verification codes and updates about your account and transactions;
- to keep records of our communication and transactions with you;
- to protect this website and our customers against fraud, spam and misuse;
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including identity and anti-money-laundering checks.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you send a form or open an account, on the contract between us once you become a customer, on our legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as hosting and email providers, with identity verification services when we check your documents, with banks and payment providers when we send or receive your money, and with authorities where the law requires it.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from cdnjs, which means those providers receive your IP address when you visit.
Security
Your documents and account details are kept on our servers and are only available to authorised staff who need them to verify your identity or handle your account. We will never ask for your password or verification codes, and we will never contact you first on social media or personal messaging apps.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request. We keep account, identity and transaction records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us at support@tierrafi.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
